Katie R. McKay is a writer, memoirist, and practicing attorney based in Brooklyn, NY. Her work can be found in 34th Parallel, the Washington Square Review, and the New Limestone Review. It was also shortlisted for the 2024 Disquiet Nonfiction Prize. She just finished her first year in NYU's graduate creative writing program, where she is pursuing an MFA in creative nonfiction. She is also an alumna of the 2024 Disquiet International Literary Program in Lisbon, Portugal.
